By accessing or using Aliion's MCP server management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aliion provides a platform for discovering, monitoring, and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers within enterprise environments. The Service includes:
- Agent software for server discovery
- Web dashboard for management
- API for programmatic access
- Risk assessment and policy enforcement
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Use the Service to monitor systems without proper authorization
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
5. Agent Software
Our agent software runs on your systems to discover MCP servers. By installing the agent:
- You authorize it to scan for MCP server processes
- You confirm you have authority to install software on target systems
- You accept responsibility for proper deployment and configuration
6. Subscription and Billing
Free Tier
The free tier includes limited features and is subject to usage restrictions.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your MCP server configurations or business data.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aliion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aliion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
